We do not accept returns of our product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. If there is any defect or complaints you need to inform it to us by sending an email or calling our call-center within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded. Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
the item may be damaged during transit
or there might be a manufacturing defect
or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
