Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Green Chilly
Curry Leaves
Coconut
Oil
Coriander
Turmeric
Pepper
Garam Masala
Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix currease with 1 medium size chicken (small cuts) in a pan and saute for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add 1 1/2 cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes in low flame.
Step 3
Open lid and stir till the gravy is thick.
