  • Onion

  •  Tomato

  •  Ginger

  •  Garlic

  •  Green Chilly

  •  Red chilly

  • Curry Leaves

  • Coriander

  •  Turmeric

  •  Pepper

  •  Garam Masala

  • Coconut Oil

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 kg mutton with CURREASE and pressure cook till the meat is cooked.


Step 2

Open the cooker and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with fried curry leaves and fried chopped shallots.
