Ingredients

  • Onion

  •  Shallots

  •  Ginger

  •  Garlic

  • Green Chilly

  •  Curry Leaves

  • Red Chilly

  •  Kashmiri Chilly

  •  Turmeric

  • Pepper

  •  Coconut Oil

  • Tomato

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Currease with 1 kg cleaned and cut crabs along with a cup of water. Cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.


Step 2

When the gravy is thick turn o stove and add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.


* After cooking take out crab leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice.)
