Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Capsicum

  •  Garlic

  •  Green Chilly

  •  Pepper

  •  Soya Sauce

  • Green Chilly Sauce

  • Red Chilly Sauce

  •  Kashmiri Chilly

  • Cornflour

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate 400g fish cubes with 1/4 tsp salt. In a pan add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and sauté the fish for 2 minutes and keep aside.



Step 2

Add Currease and a cup of water to the pan and bring to boil. Add sautéd fish cubes and cook till the gravy is thick. Garnish with chopped celery and spring onion.
