Onion, Shallots, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves,
Red Chilly, Kashmiri Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper, Coconut Oil,
Add Currease and 600g cleaned prawns along with 1 cup water to a pan.
Cook till the gravy is thick. Turn off the stove and add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.
* After cooking take out prawns leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the\ ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice)
