Currease’s Pork Vindaloo instant mix gives the tender and succulent pieces of pork a vibrant saucy deliciousness along with spicy tanginess.

Ingredients

Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Leaf, Mustard, Vinegar, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Kashmiri Chilly, Garam Masala, Pepper, Coconut Oil, Salt.
ALLERGEN: MUSTARD

 

Preparation

Step 1
Pressure cook 1kg pork (Blocks)adding 1 cup of water, 1/4 tsp turmeric, and 1/4 tsp salt till the meat is cooked.
Step 2
Take out the cooked pork blocks and slice them into thick squares. Add Currease and a cup of water and pressure cook again to a whistle or two.

Step 3
Open the cooker and if required continue to boil till the gravy is thick
