Currease’s Pork Deep Fry instant mix gives the tender and succulent pieces of pork, a delicious aromatic flavour, loaded with spices.

Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Red chilly, Curry Leaf, Coriander, Turmeric, Pepper, Garam Masala, Coconut Oil, Salt.



Step 1

Cut 1 kg pork into 4 blocks. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric
and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.

Step 2

Cut the cooked pork into small cubes.

Step 3

Add currease along with 1/2 cup water and pork to a pan.
Stir until dark brown. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
