Currease Duck Roast instant mix gives the tender and juicy duck meat, a delicious aromatic flavour and crispness, loaded with spices. 



Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Turmeric,
Coriander, Pepper, Garam Masala, Salt.



Step 1

Add 1 medium size Duck (cut) to a cooker along with currease and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.

Step 2

Open the lid and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with thinly sliced fried potatoes.
