Ingredients
Onion, Capsicum, Garlic, Green Chilly, Celery, Pepper, Soya Sauce, Green Chilly Sauce, Corn Flour, Salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate 500g of chicken with salt and Kashmiri chill powder.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and saute the marinated chicken till it gets cooked.
Step 3
Add currease to the cooked chicken and add 1 cup of water to the mixture. Stir till the gravy is boiled and thick.
