Ingredients
Onion, Capsicum, Garlic, Green Chilly, Celery, Pepper, Soya Sauce, Green Chilly Sauce, Corn Flour, Salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook 500g Beef blocks (Preferably tenderloin) After the meat is cooked slice the meat to thin pieces. Keep the stock water aside.
Step 2
In a pan add 2 tbsp, vegetable oil and saute the sliced beef and keep aside.
Step 3
Add currease along with the stock water and boil the mixture. Add beef to the gravy and stir till the gravy is thick.
