Currease Chicken Roast instant mix gives the tender and succulent pieces of chicken an aromatic flavour with tangy spices to bring out the delicious authenticity of an Indian chicken roast.




Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Red Chilly, Curry Leaves, Coconut Oil, Coriander, Turmeric, Pepper, Garam Masala, Salt.


Step 1

Marinate 1 medium size chicken (cuts) with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.

Step 2

Add 2 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan and saute till the meat is tender.

Step 3

Add currease and 3/4 cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Open the lid and stir till the gravy is thick.
