Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Ghee, Jaggery, Lime juice, Kashmiri
Chilly, Coriander, Peppercorn, Fenugreek, Fennel, Salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate 1 medium size chicken (cuts) with 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder and 1/2 tsp salt.

Add currease and a cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Open the lid and stir till the gravy is thick.
