Currease Beef Fry has an experimental recipe derived from a mix of traditional beef fry and beef varattiyathu. The flavour lies in the level of dryness attained and following the cooking video methodology can give the best flavours.




Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper,  Coriander,  Garam Masala, Coconut, Oil, Salt.


Step 1

Pressure cook 1 kg Beef cubes with 1/2 tsp of salt till the meat is cooked.

Step 2

Open the cooker, and stir till the stock water is reduced.

Step 3

In a pan add currease and the cooked meat. Stir continuously till the oil separates and the meat is fried. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
