Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper, Coriander, Garam Masala, Coconut, Oil, Salt.
Pressure cook 1 kg Beef cubes with 1/2 tsp of salt till the meat is cooked.
Open the cooker, and stir till the stock water is reduced.
In a pan add currease and the cooked meat. Stir continuously till the oil separates and the meat is fried. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
