Pork Vindaloo (Pack of 2)
Step 1
Pressure cook 1kg pork (Blocks)adding 1 cup of water, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp salt till the meat is cooked.Step 2
Take out the cooked pork blocks and slice it to thick sqaure. Add Currease and a cup of water and pressure cook again to a whistle or two.Step 3
Open the cooker and if required continue to boil till the gravy is thickOnion, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Leaf, Mustard, Vinegar, Turmeric,
