  • Step 1
    Cut 1 kg pork into 4 blocks. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric
    and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.

    Step 2
    Cut the cooked pork into small cubes.

    Step 3
    Add currease along with 1/2 cup water and pork to a pan.
    Stir until dark brown. Garnish with fried curry leaf.
