Duck Roast
Step 1
Add 1 medium size Duck (cut) to a cooker along with currease and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.
Step 2
Open the lid and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with thinly sliced fried potatoes.
Pork Deep Fry
Step 1
Cut 1 kg pork into 4 blocks.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric
and pressure cook until the meat
is cooked.Step 2
Cut the cooked pork into
small cubes.Step 3
Add currease along with
1/2 cup water and pork to a pan.
Stir until dark brown. Garnish
with fried curry leaf.Mutton Roast
Step 1
Mix 1 kg mutton with CURREASE and pressure cook till the meat is cooked.Step 2
Open the cooker and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with fried curry leaves and fried chopped shallots.Duck Roast :
