Duck Roast:
Step 1: Add 1 medium size Duck (cut) to a cooker along with Currease and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.
Step 2: Open the lid and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with thinly sliced fried potatoes.
Butter Chicken
Step 1: Marinate 400 g chicken boneless strips or cuts (small pieces) with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder.
Step 2: Melt 1 tbsp butter and saute the chicken for 3 minutes. Add Currease and a cup of water.
Step 3: Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Open the lid, and stir until the gravy is thick. Switch o the flame and add 1 tbsp fresh cream.
Beef Fry
Step 1:Pressure cook 1 kg Beef cubes with 1/2 tsp of salt till the meat is cooked.
Step 2: Open the cooker, and stir till the stock water is reduced.
Step 3: In a pan add currease and the cooked meat. Stir continuously till the oil separates and the meat is fried. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
Mutton Roast
Step 1 :Mix 1 kg mutton with CURREASE and pressure cook till the meat is cooked.
Step 2: Open the cooker and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with fried curry leaves and fried chopped shallots.
Prawns Ghee Roast
Step 1: Marinate 600g cleaned prawns with 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 2 tbsp ghee to a pan and sauté the prawns.
Step 2: Add Currease and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the lid and stir until oil separates.
*After cooking, take out prawns leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice)
