Chicken Ghee Roast :
Step 1
Marinate 1 medium size chicken (cuts) with 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder and 1/2 tsp salt.Step 2

Add currease and a cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Open the lid and stir till the gravy is thick.Prawns Ghee Roast :
Step 1
Marinate 600g cleaned prawns with 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 2 tbsp ghee to a pan and sauté the prawns.Step 2
Add Currease and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the lid and stir until oil sperates.
*After cooking take out prawns leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice)Crab Roast :
Step 1
Mix Currease with 1 kg cleaned and cut crabs along with a cup of water. Cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.Step 2
When the gravy is thick turn o stove and add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.* After cooking take out crab leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice.)
