  • Step 1

    Pressure cook 1 kg Beef cubes with 1/2 tsp of salt till the meat is cooked.

    Step 2

    Open cooker, stir till the stock water is reduced.

    Step 3

    In a pan add currease and the cooked meat. Stir continuously till the oil seperate and the meat is fried. Garnish with fried curry leaves.

  • Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper,  Coriander,  Garam Masala, Coconut, Oil, Salt.
